Q. Will the photos be in a web gallery after the event?

A. No, photographs will only be available to order on the night and no web gallery will be available afterwards. Of course if you decide you would like further copies of photographs you have ordered you can do so after they have been delivered to you by contacting us and quoting the reference on the back of the print.

 

Q. How much do the pictures cost and what packages do Prompic offer?

A. Keep an eye out for our flyers which will be sent out prior to the event for pricing, we usually offer packages from one to three pictures as well as canvas wraps, but if there is a certain size option you would like please get in touch beforehand, we’ll always try our upmost to accommodate if possible.

 

Q. How long will the pictures take to be done?

A. The sitting will only take a few minutes although at busy periods there may be a wait before your pictures are taken and subsequently when you view them on screen afterwards.

 

Q. When will they be delivered?

A. You can expect to receive you pictures 10-14 days after the event, possibly slightly longer for international orders.

if there is any delay with them then we will email you and let you know. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery of Canvas wraps. If your event is in December and you require photographs for Christmas please advise us of this when you order as we do get very busy.

 

Q. How many people can you photograph in a group shot & why?

A. The largest group shot we can accommodate is 8, this is due to the physical size of the background.

 

Q. Can I have my picture in Black and White instead?

A. Yes, although it’s not usually that popular you can. Please let us know this when you view and order your photograph.

 

Q. How are the pictures posted out to me?

A. Prints and Canvas wraps are posted in board backed or cardboard envelopes to give the best protection to them. They will need a signature when they are delivered.

 

Q. I’m organising an event and would like to have Prompic attend, are you insured?

A. Yes, we carry both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

 

Q. How do I choose my pictures once they have been taken?

A. Once you have had your picture taken, you will be able to view them on a screen and order them from there.

 

Q. Can I order a Canvas wrap instead of photographs in mounts or folders instead?

A. Absolutely, just choose the picture and fill in the section on the order form. We’ll do the rest.

 

Q. How long will you stay at the event for?

A. We generally open the studio about half an hour before the publicised start time of the event. Closing time will be agreed beforehand with the event organiser but will always be decided upon to give you as much time as possible to have photographs taken during the function. Check the flyer for your event for further details.

 

Q. Can I pay to pre-book my photography with you to save me waiting?

A. Yes, generally you can contact us beforehand and do this. But please do get in touch as soon as you can because we sometimes get very busy and we don’t want to keep you waiting! pre booked photography is generally done before the advertised start time of the event. But please get in touch with us as we dont pre-book photography for all events we attend.

 

Q. Can I take my own pictures in the studio?

A. No, unfortunately the only photographs in the studio are taken by us.

 

Q. How do I pay for my photographs & will I get a receipt?

A. At some events we accept card payments but dependant on us being able to process payments quickly due to connection speeds and keeping delays to a minimum for guests during the evening, cash is prefered. If you require a receipt for your pictures we can forward you a PDF of your order form after the event. Please contact us beforehand if you need any more information.
